Product Description
Powder type: W-Cu6\W-Cu10\W-Cu15\W-Cu20\W-Cu25\W-Cu40.
Powder appearance: Black-grey to black-red powder.
Particle shape: Spherical shape.
Parameters: The specific surface area can be adjusted from 5 to 10m2/g. Oxygen content can be controlled under 0.3% after passivation.
Characterization and application fields: Nano-structure particle, high-reactivity, uniform particle size distribution. High active Nano W-Cu compound powder produced with liquid chemistry methods. The content of W and Cu can be controlled accurately. Elements of W and Cu are uniformly dispersion distributing. This powder is excellent material for high-end electronic sealing material, heat sink material and high performance electric contacts. It can lower the sintering temperature and reduce sintering time during alloy production. It can be as the matrix of superhard material.
